We can all benefit from the holistic practice of yoga. Jacqueline offers different yoga packages suited for both individual and group sessions. All of which are designed to instill inner peace for the mind and body. In addition to offering classes in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga, Jacqueline is also a level 2 Reiki practitioner.

 

She received her 200 hour certification in New York City, where she has taught over the years- and completed her 500 hour certification in Rishikesh, India , where she was able to dive deeper into the wonderful world of yoga. She aims to bring happiness and health to each individual, keeping each persons specific goal in mind.

VINYASA

Feel the rhythm of your body while you engage in this dance-like style of yoga. This graceful practice links breath and movement together to create a flow of air and energy. Any level yogi can participate in this fast-paced style that will help to center you mind and enliven the body.

REIKI

Reiki is a simple, safe, and natural form of spiritual healing. It is an ancient relaxation technique that involves an instructor laying their hands over the body, and bringing forth “life force energy.” This act soothes a person as a whole, bringing feelings of peace to the mind and wellbeing to the body.

RESTORATIVE

This mellow, slow-moving practice gives your body a chance to breathe. While you stretch and restore, you’ll tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to experience deeper relaxation.

KIDS YOGA

Jacqueline Helene also specializes in teaching yoga to children. By introducing them poses, breathing exercises, and games that stretch the imagination, Jacqueline provides the perfect scene for a party or production set. Her on-set practices help keep the peace and boost the confidence of the cast’s youngest members.  

YIN

If you want to calm and balance your body and mind, this is where you’ll find your zen. Yin yoga poses are held for several minutes at a time. This meditative practice is designed to target your deeper connective tissues and fascia, restoring length and elasticity.

MEDITATION

Disconnect from the stress and worries of the outside world, while you learn to connect deeper into your inner world and tap into your higher consciousness.

With guided meditation, Jacqueline will lead you to a deeper concentration and focus. Experience the silence and serenity of a peaceful mind as you release the thoughts that no longer serve you.
